About reservations and check-in

Q. Regarding the handling of cancellation fees

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged from noon the day before.
However, please note that this may vary depending on each plan and store.

Q.What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Q.Can I check in earlier?

It is possible to accelerate your check-in time by consulting with us!
There is an additional charge of 5,000 yen and advance reservations are required.

Q.Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

You can leave it at our villa!

Q.Can I have a late check-out?

If you contact us in advance, we will be available until 13:00. (Additional fee: 5000 yen)

About accommodation/rooms

Q.Does the toilet in the room have a washer?

Yes, all rooms have toilets with washing machines.

Q.Do you have towels?

Yes, we provide bath towels, face towels, and foot mats.

Q.I would like to send my luggage to the hotel in advance.

Is possible! (Consultation required)

Q.If my flight is canceled due to a typhoon, can I cancel?

Cancellation is possible. In that case, there will be no cancellation fee.

Q.How long does it take from the airport to the hotel?

It will take 35-40 minutes.

There is a large supermarket about 20 minutes away and a convenience store about 10 minutes away.

Q.Is there a beach nearby?

Q.Are there any restaurants near the hotel?

There are many restaurants for lunch,

We do not have a baby bed, but we will provide you with a futon.
