Sefa Utaki is the most sacred place in the Ryukyu Kingdom, located in Kutteken, Chinen, Nanjo City, Okinawa Prefecture. In 2000, it was registered as a World Cultural Heritage Site as part of the "Gusuku and related heritage sites of the Ryukyu Kingdom."

Sefa Utaki is said to be the spiritual place of Amamikiyo, who appears in the Okinawan creation myth.

During the Ryukyu Kingdom era, it was the place where national festivals were held, and was also the political, economic, and cultural center of the Ryukyu Kingdom.Sefa Utaki consists of two sacred areas.

One is Uchiutaki, which is dedicated to Amamikiyo, the supreme deity of the Ryukyu Kingdom.
